Attorney Timothy F. Riley
Attorney Timothy F. Riley believes the ultimate human experience is to give to those that others have forsaken. He has held this philosophy his entire career and he aims to bring hope to people who might believe they are defeated. His promise is to always exhaust his skills and resources, and bring to bear my many years of experience, to achieve success for those accused of criminal conduct, in need of a Restraining Order, or defending against a Restraining Order.
Prior to forming Timothy Riley Law in 2016, Attorney Riley worked for the San Diego County Public Defender’s Office for nearly 20 years. Attorney Riley received his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 1994. Before becoming a lawyer, Attorney Riley also received a Paralegal Certificate from University of California, San Diego in 1989 and a Bachelor of Science in Law from Western State University College of Law in 1991.
Attorney Riley’s Paralegal & Law Clerk, Anna E. Jensen shares his passion for bringing hope and compassion to clients in need and for fighting for the best outcome for every client. Ms. Jensen is currently a Juris Doctorate candidate at California Western School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Jensen earned a Paralegal Certificate from University of San Diego School of Law in 2023 and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Brigham Young University – Idaho in 2021.
